Shipping Time

For purchases of EU Warehouse Stock products, we are committed to arranging shipment within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, unless the product is on pre-order. Please note that the expected delivery dates we give are estimates only. Due to unpredictable factors that may be encountered during transportation, the actual arrival time of the order may be delayed and orders may be shipped separately.

Estimated postal times and postage costs

We have 4 local warehouses in the EU and ship using logistics service providers such as DPD, DB Schenker, SUUS. Depending on the destination, shipments usually take 5-10 business days to arrive from dispatch. Please estimate the mailing time according to the exact location of the delivery address.

For orders sent from China warehouse, we can ship products to multiple countries (including island countries) with a shipping time of 50-60 days.

Shipping Scope

Products from EU warehouse can be shipped to EU regions (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands), but currently do not support shipping to island countries.

Products from China warehouse can be shipped to many countries, including island countries.

Free Shipping Policy

For battery packs sold on our website, we offer free shipping within the EU, but remote areas may need to be supplemented with remote shipping charges. 【Remote address inquiry】

For battery pack products, some shipping charges may apply depending on the shipping address.

Shipping Options

Orders purchased in the EU warehouse are shipped by default via DPD, DB Schenker, and SUUS.

Orders purchased from China warehouse will be shipped via UPS, DPD, DHL and other logistics service providers by default.

If customers need to change to other courier services, they can contact us to calculate the difference in shipping cost and supplement the difference.

Tariff Policy

The prices shown on our website include all taxes. Regarding the tax refund, it will be decided according to the tax policy of the customer’s country.Basengreen will provide the corresponding invoice support.

For China warehouse dispatch: If your order is small, you don’t need to care about the shipping process, we will arrange the whole process for you, i.e. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DTD (Door to Door) services, import customs clearance/tariffs are included in the shipping cost. We will contact you if there is any unexpected transportation problem before shipment. If we are unable to ship the product to your address, we will issue a full refund and your order will be canceled.

Delivery Terms

     • Please double check your shipping address as we are not responsible for customers filling in the wrong shipping address errors themselves. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-sending any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address.

     • As it is an overseas warehouse, there may be some delays or problems in the delivery process, such as parcel blockage, bad weather, national policies, workers’ strikes, so the time of receiving the goods may be affected by the unexpected, we are not responsible for the delays caused by these circumstances, and we do not accept unconditional refunds or order cancellations due to these circumstances.

     • Customers should wait and actively assist in resolving any issues involved in the shipping process, no refunds will be accepted while the package is in transit unless the package is lost.

     • If the customer is not present when the shipping company attempts to sign for the package, the customer is responsible for any resulting damages.

     • If the customer is not present when the shipping company attempts to deliver the package, the customer is not allowed to refuse to accept the package, and the customer is responsible for any resulting damages.

     • Delivery times on the website are based on normal delivery times and are for reference only, we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

     • You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
