About Referral Program
1. How does the EcoFlow Referral Program work?
The EcoFlow Referral Program offers an opportunity for our members to earn rewards by inviting their friends or families to join the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program or purchase at the EcoFlow official store. Both the referrer and the referred-in friend get rewards for successful referrals. Follow the steps to complete referrals:
. The referrer should log in to the EcoFlow account and get an exclusive referral link.
. The Referer shares the referral link with your friends or family. (“Referee”).
. Referrers and referees both get rewards for successful sign-ups.
. Referrers get rewards when your referred-in friends place the first order within 30 days of sign-up.
2. Who is eligible to join the Referral Program?
Referrers must sign up as EcoFlow EcoCredits Members before they start to refer.
Referees have not registered at the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before they are referred.
3. What is considered a successful referral?
A new user who does not have an EcoFlow account signs up using the referral link.
4. How to earn Leaderboard bonus rewards?
Our dynamic leaderboard shows the Top 3 referrers who completed the most sign-up referrals, from highest to lowest. Your performance will also be displayed at the bottom of the ranking if you are not one of the top 3. By the month’s end, the top 3 referrers will be bonus winners only if they have met the minimum threshold for each prize. The prize will be sent via coupons posted directly to your account before the 7th day of next month.
5. What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?
You earn the rewards only if your friends register at EcoFlow with your unique link.
6. How do I know if my referral is successful?
You can log in to the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program or Referral Program Pages to track your friends’ progress as soon as they sign up or purchase.
Also, we will notify you of your Cash rewards via email if your referred-in friend places the first order within 30 days of sign-up.
7. Will my referral link Expire?

About Referrers
1. How do you refer a friend?
Log in to the EcoFlow Referral Program, get your exclusive referral link, and share it with your friends. Your friends need to sign up by clicking your referral link. After signing up at EcoFlow, you can get a purchase referral reward if your friends make a purchase within 30 days.
2. Can I share the link with someone abroad?
The referral program is limited to each regional site. The 5% referee coupon can only be used at the corresponding store. For example, if you share and join the referral program at the US site (https://www.ecoflow.com/us/), the referees must register at the US site. Sign-up at other sites will not be counted. The coupon they get can only be used at the US store(https://us.ecoflow.com/).
3. Where can I share the referral link?
Besides sending your referral link to your friends directly, you can share your link via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
4. What rewards can I earn?
You can earn 100 EcoCredits for every successful sign-up referral and receive 5% cash back for your referred-in friend’s initial purchase within 30 days, the first order value must excced $299. Your 5% cashback on referrals applies exclusively to the product’s purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees.
5. Can I get a cash reward again if the referee placed more than one order?
No, only the first order placed by the referred-in friend within 30 days from sign-up can earn you 5% cash back.
6. Do I need to pay a transfer fee for withdrawal?
Yes, the third-party transfer platform charges withdrawal fees based on your chosen payment method. Transfer fees are initially presented in USD. The displayed fee is calculated using the real-time currency conversion rate. Please note that the final transfer fee may fluctuate due to changes in the currency rate when converted to your local currency.
7. Is the transfer fee charged for each withdrawal variable or fixed?
The transfer fee is fixed for each withdrawal.
8. Is there a minimum balance amount for a withdrawal request?
You can only submit a withdrawal request when your cash balance reaches $30.
9. Is there a daily limit to the number of withdrawal requests per account?
You can only withdraw up to 5 times daily (with canceled withdrawal requests counted).
10. Can I cancel a withdrawal request after I submit it?
No. You can not cancel a withdrawal request once you have submitted the request. So please confirm before you submit.
11. How long does it take to process my withdrawal?
Funds may take 1-5 business days to arrive after the cash is paid out. We appreciate your patience.
12. Where can I check and redeem my EcoCredits points earned from the referral?
You can check EcoCredits in the Referral or EcoCredits page. Please redeem EcoCredits for rewards in the EcoCredits page.
13. When can I get the referral rewards?
Referrer:
Once your referee signs up, the 100 EcoCredits will be issued to your EcoFlow account.
You will get 5% cash back 30 days after your friend’s order is delivered.
Referee:
Your friends will receive the 5% off coupon once they complete the sign-up at EcoFlow.
14. Where can I find my referral rewards?
You can find them in the “My Rewards” section on the Referral page and EcoCredits page.
15. Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer or the rewards I can earn?
We encourage you to send links to as many friends as you can. The referrals will determine your ranking on the leaderboard. But you can only earn up to 3000 EcoCredits for sign-up referrals each month.
However, you can get 5% cash back for every purchase referral(limited to the first order).
16. What can I do if I haven’t received my reward?
The first step would be to confirm the below information:
Your friend has used your referral link.
Your friend does not have an EcoFlow account before your referral.
This is the first order after he signs up with your referral link.
It’s been at least 30 days since the referee’s order was delivered.
Check your referral account to check the rewards you receive.

17. What if my friend has trouble signing up?
Check if your friend has already registered at EcoFlow. Registered members can not make a successful sign-up or purchase referral.
18. Can my friend use multiple referral links?
Your friend may only use one referral link to sign up. However, there is no limit to the number of people using a single link. So, share, share, share!

Yes, the EcoCredits are valid for 365 days after being issued, the coupon is valid for 90 days from redemption.
4. Is there a minimum order value for a referral purchase?
Yes. Each store sets a different minimum order value to make a successful purchase referral. Please refer to the T&C for details.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
1. As a member of the Basengreen Referral Program, you are subject to Basengreen’s Terms and Conditions, Basengreen’s Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.
Definitions:
2. Referrer: Anyone aged 18 and above in the United Sates (or as per the age stipulated by local laws) is eligible to participate in our Referral Program. To make a referral, users are required to register and sign in to their Basengreen account. Furthermore, the referred individuals must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.
Referred Customer:
3. A person who arrives at the EcoFlow referral page using the unique referral link provided by a Referrer. The referred-in friend did not have an Basengreen account before he was referred. The Referred Customer and the referrer can not be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), as determined at Basengreen’s sole discretion.
Qualified Sign-up Referral:
4. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first-time sign-up at Basengreen’s official website by a Referred Customer. The referee customer should sign up at the same regional site. For example, if the referrer joined our Referral program on the US site (https://www.ecoflow.com/us, the referred-in customer should also sign up in the US online store. (https://us.ecoflow.com/. Refer to a person only once. If one person is referred multiple times, only the first sign-up is considered a qualified sign-up referral.
Qualified Purchase Referral:
5. A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first-time order placed by a Referred Customer within 30 days of the referral sign-up. The total value should exceed a certain threshold for each store (excluding discounts, shipping charges, returns, canceled transactions, and any applicable third-party fees) and be purchased in a specific region or country and shipped to an address located in the same region or country. For example, if the referrer joins our Referral program on the US site (https://www.basengreen.com/us, the referred-in customer should sign up and shop in the US online store. (https://us.basengreen.com/. The 5% coupon can only be used in the same store.(https://us.basengreen.com/)

6. Referrers can earn 100 EcoCredits for every successful sign-up referral and get 5% cash back on your referred-in friend’s first purchase within 30 days.
7. The referred-in friends can get a 5% off coupon when they sign up successfully with the referral link.

10. By making a successful referral, the Referrer can get EcoCredits, cash back, or other rewards. Referrers can earn 100 EcoCredits for every successful sign-up referral. In total, referrers can get up to 3,000 EcoCredits each month.
11. Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee’s first purchase within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.
12. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer’s account 30 days after the order is delivered. Referrers can get 5% cash back on the referee’s first order within 30 days of the referee signing up.
13. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met. All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
Referral Rewards Rules:
14. Referral Rewards (EcoCredits and Coupon) can only be used to purchase products at the same site or store and are not redeemable for cash.
15. The coupon received through the referral program is valid for 90 days to avoid malicious fraud; each referrer can earn up to 3000 EcoCredits for sign-up referrals each month. However, the actual referrals will be counted in the monthly leaderboard ranking.
16. The cash back for purchase referral will be issued to your account and displayed in the “My Rewards” Section 30 days after order delivery. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.
17. The EcoCredits are valid 365 days after being issued, the coupon is valid for 90 days from redemption, and the raffle prize is subject to certain terms and conditions.
Leaderboard Rewards Rules:
18. Leaderboard bonus prizes are rewards for top-qualified sign-up referrers.
19. Our monthly leaderboard starts on the first day of each month and will end on the last day of that same month. The referral will be calculated from 0 from the start of the month. The rank is determined by the number of successful sign-ups through your referral link.
20. Referrers are eligible to win a bonus reward only when a minimum sign-up threshold is met.
21. Each Recipient is only eligible for one sign-up Reward.
22. The prize will be sent via coupons posted directly to your account before the 7th day of next month.
23. Please note that if your friends cancel their sign-up, your score on the leaderboard will be adjusted. When you make the same number of referrals as others, the referred-in friends, the purchase amount will help you rank higher than others.
24. If the purchase value is still the same, the rank is determined by the time of the last sign-up referral. The earlier sign-up makes you rank higher.

Referral Limitations:
25. The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
26. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
27. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person gets a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving a Credit or Reward, in EcoFlow’s sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.
No Combination:
28. Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of the Refer-A-Friend Program with any offer codes offered by EcoFlow.
Compliance with Applicable Law:
29. As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Directive.
30. Any distribution of your Referral Program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your Account and exclusion from EcoFlow’s Referral Program.
31. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who have used improper means to participate in this Referral Program without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Discretion to Terminate Accounts:
32. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Referrer and/or Referred Customer’s conduct to violate these Referral Terms.
Discretion to Cancel Program or Change Terms:
33. EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program and to revise these Referral Program Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Referral Terms, we’ll notify you of those changes by posting them on the Services. If the Referral Program is terminated, any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
